Basic Landscape Plans
Our basic landscape plans are prepared in accordance with estate guidelines for submission purposes. These plans are based on architect-supplied plans and are either submitted as part of the design pack or submitted separately by us. Amendments are made to the plans as needed.
Detailed Landscape Plans
These plans include plant selection details, a look book, sketches and client meetings on site.They also include details of any hard-landscaping features specifically designed for the garden.
Commercial Landscape Plans
These landscape plans are prepared for large commercial sites and are updated as needed.
Technical Drawings
Simon Clements: Garden & Landscape Design frequently designs hard-landscaping features specific to a site. The technical drawings include freshwater swimming pools, rooftop gardens, water features and pergolas. These are prepared for specialist contractors to work from.
